This state park is just about 45 minutes from our town to enjoy fishing, boating, or swimming. You can also rent paddle boards and kayaks or canoes. There's camping and RV spaces as well.
The palmetto's are super neat and one area of the trails looks like it would easily be in an Jurassic Park movie. The trees with the long hanging Spanish Moss and the canopy of trees as you venture to the river are just breathtaking. This park was small but offered so much.
