New Life Again
Never a dull moment...waking me up early morning yesterday our daughter excitedly whispered, 'Mom, the babies are coming!' Quickly grabbing my robe I ran into the kids room- sure enough, our daughters cavy 'Spice' had one tiny miracle..we sat together, waiting, anxious to see how many more arrived, anxious to make sure momma and babes were healthy. About 5-10 minutes apart, she gave birth to 4 healthy babies. Cleaning them up, nuzzling them, we could hear them squeak out with life and slowly get up. Amazing.
